LaunchBox Celebration Giveaway 2026 Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MARKETING SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The LaunchBox Celebration Giveaway 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Unbroken Software, LLC, doing business as LaunchBox (the “Sponsor”), 1449 S. Michigan Ave., Ste. 13293, Chicago, IL 60605, USA. Questions may be submitted through the Sponsor's Contact Us form.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is intended to be open worldwide. It is open to individuals who:
- are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence;
- are legally permitted to enter and receive a prize; and
- are not a person with whom Sponsor is prohibited from transacting under applicable trade sanctions, export controls, or other law.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of a jurisdiction in which the Sweepstakes would require registration, bonding, authorization, or another legal requirement that Sponsor has not satisfied are not eligible. The inability to deliver a particular physical prize to an otherwise eligible winner does not by itself make that person ineligible; the substitution provisions in Section 5 will apply.
Employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion partners, and prize suppliers, together with their immediate family members and people living in their households, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins August 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (the “Entry Period”).
Requests to enter must be submitted during the Entry Period. An entry is not complete unless email verification is completed by the deadline provided in the verification email.
Sponsor's servers are the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Visit the Sponsor's website at launchbox-app.com/celebrate during the Entry Period, provide a valid email address, accept these Official Rules, select at least one prize category, and complete email verification.
An entrant's prize selections in effect at the end of the Entry Period determine the prize drawings in which the entrant will participate. The entrant's total drawing weight is equal to the entrant's valid entry total and is divided equally among all selected prize categories. Selecting additional categories provides access to more prize drawings but spreads the same total drawing weight across those categories. Entrants may update their selections by requesting and completing another email verification during the Entry Period. Each entrant may win no more than one prize.
Each eligible person may receive:
- one base entry after successfully verifying their email address; and
- additional entries by redeeming valid bonus codes released through the Sponsor's official Celebration content.
Each bonus code may be redeemed once per entrant and will add the number of entries stated when the code is released or redeemed. All bonus codes will remain redeemable through the end of the Entry Period unless clearly stated otherwise.
There is no separate overall cap on bonus entries. An entrant's maximum is determined by the valid bonus codes Sponsor makes available, the value of each code, and the one-redemption-per-code limit.
Entries have no monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
No purchase, payment, marketing subscription, social-media account, or referral is required. Agreeing to receive marketing email is optional and has no effect on eligibility, entry count, or odds of winning.
Only one entrant identity and one base entry are permitted per person. Using multiple email addresses, false identities, automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to circumvent entry limits is prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or otherwise contrary to these Official Rules.
5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
| Prize | Number of winners | ARV per prize (USD) | Approximate total retail value (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| RetroShooter RS3 Reaper Pro 2-Gun Package | 1 | $286.97 | $286.97 |
| Retroid Pocket Nova (8 GB/128 GB base model) | 1 | $239.00 | $239.00 |
| LEGO Donkey Kong Arcade Building Set (set 72051) | 1 | $199.99 | $199.99 |
| Steam game key | 3 | $60.00 | $180.00 |
| One-year LaunchBox Premium for Windows license | 10 | $30.00 | $300.00 |
| One-year LaunchBox Premium for Android license | 10 | $15.00 | $150.00 |
There will be 26 winners in total. Each winner may receive no more than one prize.
The maximum aggregate approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,355.96 USD.
Approximate retail values are based on regular U.S. retail pricing available when these Official Rules were drafted.
Each Steam game key winner may select the standard edition of one game whose regular, non-sale U.S. Steam price is no more than $60.00 USD when the selection is approved. A requested game must be available for Sponsor to purchase and deliver in the winner's Steam region. If it is unavailable, region-restricted, or otherwise cannot reasonably be delivered, the winner must select another eligible game.
Actual retail value may vary at the time a prize is awarded. Any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor's discretion. If Sponsor cannot legally, safely, or reasonably deliver a stated physical prize to a winner's location, Sponsor will work with the winner to provide a lawful, mutually acceptable substitute of equal or greater approximate retail value. A substitute may consist of one or more LaunchBox software licenses when lawful and suitable for the winner.
Sponsor will pay the ordinary purchase price and ordinary delivery cost for physical prizes. Winners are responsible for customs charges, import duties, local taxes, income taxes, and other expenses not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor.
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for a physical prize that is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the mailing address provided by the winner.
Digital prizes are subject to applicable platform, account, compatibility, and regional restrictions disclosed with the prize.
6. Odds and Winner Selection
Odds of winning a particular prize depend on the number of prizes available in that category and the total drawing weight assigned to the category. Each unit of drawing weight has an equal chance of selection within its assigned category. Valid bonus entries increase an entrant's total drawing weight before that weight is divided equally among the entrant's selected prize categories.
After the Entry Period and validation of entries, Sponsor will conduct random drawings under its supervision. Drawings will occur in the prize-table order after the table has been ordered from highest to lowest approximate retail value.
Once an entrant is selected as a winner, that entrant will be removed from all subsequent drawings. This ensures that no person wins more than one prize.
Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, entry validation, and winner selection are final to the extent permitted by law.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming a Prize
Potential winners will be contacted at the email address used to enter, normally within seven days after the drawings.
A potential winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested eligibility, identity, shipping, tax, or prize-delivery information within seven calendar days after the notification is sent. Sponsor may require an eligibility declaration or release where appropriate or required by law.
A potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance and within a stated time limit, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor before being confirmed as a winner.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or does not provide reasonably required information, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.
Entrants are responsible for providing a functioning email address and checking spam or junk folders.
8. Privacy and Winner Announcements
Sponsor will use entrant information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and comply with applicable law, as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Operational messages concerning entry verification, Sweepstakes status, or prizes may be sent regardless of whether the entrant chooses to receive marketing email.
Marketing email will be sent only when an entrant separately requests it and remains eligible to receive it under Sponsor's email practices.
After selection, a winner may be asked to provide a public display name, gamertag, or disclosed profile in a community operated by Sponsor for winner announcements. Sponsor will not publish a winner's private email address. Sponsor may make additional winner disclosures where required by law.
9. Integrity and Technical Problems
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraud or automation, interferes with the Sweepstakes website, or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, security problems, technical failures, unauthorized interference, natural disaster, legal restrictions, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control prevents the Sweepstakes from being conducted fairly or as intended.
When reasonably possible, Sponsor will preserve valid, unaffected entries and award prizes through a fair random drawing from those entries.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, promotion partners, and prize suppliers from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications caused by incorrect entrant information, email filtering, network failures, service interruptions, or other technical problems beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable law permits an entrant to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes arising from the Sweepstakes must be brought individually in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois. Nothing in this section limits consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in an entrant's jurisdiction of residence.
12. Winners List
A winners list may be requested through the Sponsor's Contact Us form within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period. The list may identify winners by their approved public display names and the prizes won, subject to applicable law.
13. Third-Party Platforms
The Sweepstakes may be promoted or shared through YouTube, Twitch, and other social-media, streaming, community, or communications platforms. Entry and administration occur through the Sponsor's website unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.
Unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise, no third-party platform used to promote or share the Sweepstakes sponsors, endorses, or administers the Sweepstakes, and no such platform is associated with the Sweepstakes. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release each such platform from liability connected with the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes-related activity on a third-party platform must comply with that platform's applicable terms and policies.
YouTube is not a sponsor of and does not endorse or administer the Sweepstakes. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release YouTube from liability connected with the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes-related activity conducted through YouTube must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines; failure to comply may result in disqualification.
This is a promotion from the Sponsor. Twitch does not sponsor or endorse broadcaster promotions and is not responsible for them.
Sponsor is solely responsible for administering the Sweepstakes and awarding its prizes. Promotion of the Sweepstakes through Twitch must comply with the Twitch Terms of Service.
